The Enlightened Enterprise Conference

This event will represent the launch of the Enlightened Enterprise Participatory Learning Network (PLN), an ongoing learning platform for all members of the academy. Participation in the conference and the PLN is free to members. Non-members need only become members to participate.

These online dialogues take monthly following publication of The Board Report (Monthly).
Access to the report requires a paid subscription to Enlightened Enterprise Magazine $8/month $80/year (free with academy membership).

Executive Briefing Dialogues (Monthly)
These online dialogues take place monthly, following publication of the Executive Briefing (Monthly).

High Quality Curated Programmes
Our high quality curated event and event programmes attract world class speakers and audiences.
The programmes associated with our Participatory Learning Networks include several events associated with a 12month research cycle and related publications. They culminate in an annual conference and report launch that also announces the agenda for the following year.
The programmes are designed to establish lasting relationships and partnerships across whole ecosystems that embrace multiple industries and private, public and third sector actors.
Our partner organisation, the Collaboration Curation Network, will help you curate your own events or programmes of events. They work with client organisations to establish clarity around a problem or opportunity. Then they work with the client to help decide who needs to be around the table to address the problem or realise the opportunity - a mix of internal and external stakeholders and others we can help to access through the curation process. The focus is on "learning forward" collectively as a Participatory Learning Network (PLN). And the process is designed to help clients build in-house capabilities to do this repeatedly themselves in future if they wish to.

Speaking at our events
All our events are carefully curated and our focus on promoting enlightened approaches to enterprise means we keep our focus on the practical.
Academics with practical experience (pracademics) and people with authority based on experience are the people we look to engage.
We are not looking for lecturers. Our preference is for cross-sector and cross-industry dialogues with a Strategic Learning focus and as much participation as possible from all participants.
Many speakers will be members of our faculty and, or, of our partner organisation the Collaboration Curation Network.
