Our events, ranging from free webinars to exclusive member-only dialogues, retreats, and conferences, connect global thinkers and leaders in shaping a New Enlightenment for today’s world.

Our events bring together practitioners, scholars, and changemakers to explore the New Enlightenment in action. Many are led by our Faculty. They are designed to spark dialogue, share knowledge, and equip participants with practical tools for leading with dignity and managing complexity in a rapidly changing world.

Our programmes include a mix of open-enrolment events, available to all who wish to join, and private sessions offered by invitation or application, tailored to general or specific audiences. This allows us to create spaces that are both inclusive and focused, depending on the needs of the participants.

The formats are diverse. We host Webinars, Briefings, and facilitated Dialogues, where leaders can exchange perspectives and test ideas in a collaborative setting. We also offer one-off online events that respond to some of the most topical issues of our time, providing timely insight and analysis.

For deeper immersion, we run Retreats and are developing plans for blended online and offline Conferences, combining the accessibility of digital participation with the richness of in-person interaction.

Some of our events are free to attend, while others are paid programmes. Where fees apply, members of the Enlightened Enterprise Academy receive discounted prices. In addition, certain events are exclusive to Academy members and subscribers to The Salon, particularly those linked to the Salon Series, book serialisations, and Conversations for a World Transcending.

We will also offer events related to the publication of new books and research reports, or to introduce a new Salon Series, Participatory Learning Network or other initiative.

Looking ahead, our calendar will continue to expand with new topics and innovative formats. Whether through intimate dialogues, large-scale conferences, or targeted executive briefings, each event is designed to inspire reflection, foster collaboration, and support leaders in shaping a more enlightened future.
